The meeting lead role rotates biweekly. Meetings are held Thursdays at 9:30am in LCCC 20-023.

How Rotation Works
- Alphabetical by last name for meeting lead
- Research presentations scheduled based on project milestones
- Swap requests: Post in Teams at least 1 week ahead
- Absences: Notify Dr. Rashid and find a replacement
